By using GetFundable.us or registering for a Get Fundable masterclass, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit a registration.

Educational purpose

Get Fundable provides general educational information about credit profiles, funding readiness and funding strategy. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment or personalized financial advice and is not a lender, credit bureau or guarantor of financing.

No guarantee

Attendance, assessment results and educational materials do not guarantee approval, funding amount, credit-score change, rates, terms or any lender decision. Lenders independently apply their own underwriting requirements, and individual results vary.

Masterclass access

Class dates, capacity, speakers, content and online access details may change. We may close registration, reschedule or cancel a class when reasonably necessary. Registration is personal and may not be used to disrupt, record, reproduce or redistribute the class without written permission.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information or interfere with its operation. Site content, branding and masterclass materials are owned by or licensed to Get Fundable and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Get Fundable is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the site, educational content or decisions made by third-party lenders.
