Stop marketing emails

Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Transactional or registration-related messages may still be sent when necessary to provide a service you requested.

Request access, correction or deletion

Email empresselbey@gmail.com with the subject line “Get Fundable Data Request.” State whether you are requesting access, correction or deletion and include the name, email address and phone number used on the site so we can locate the correct record.

Verification and exceptions

We may ask for reasonable verification before completing a request. We will not ask for your password, Social Security number or banking credentials. Some information may be retained when required by law, needed for security, necessary to document consent or opt-out status, or otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Processing

We will confirm receipt and process verified requests within the timeframe required by applicable law. Opt-out requests should be honored promptly, though messages already queued may take a short time to stop.
